How to Use

Gmail Setup

  1. Click Copy HTML Signature above.
  2. Open Gmail → gear icon → See all settings.
  3. Scroll to the Signature section and click Create new.
  4. Paste (Ctrl/Cmd + V) into the signature editor.
  5. Set it as default for new mails & replies → Save Changes.

Outlook Setup

  1. Click Download HTML File.
  2. In Outlook: File → Options → Mail → Signatures.
  3. Create a new signature, then open the file in a browser.
  4. Select all (Ctrl + A), copy, and paste into Outlook's signature editor.
  5. Assign to new messages & replies, then OK.

Copy / Paste Tips

  1. Always paste with formatting kept (Ctrl + V, not Ctrl + Shift + V).
  2. Do not re-edit the pasted signature — update fields here & re-copy instead.
  3. Send a test email to yourself to verify rendering.
  4. Check both desktop & mobile mail apps for consistency.
